The impressive results speak for themselves. Indeed, last year was our <strong>best year ever<\/strong>. We are the <strong>largest network of real estate consulting, insurance mediation, and credit intermediation in Portugal<\/strong>. With stores spread across the country, we continue to grow in various metrics: <strong>revenue, policies, stores, and employees<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>What our leadership says<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>These are the words of Guida Sousa, National Coordinating Director of the DECIS\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES Network (which is part of the DS Group): &#8220;The DECIS\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES network is to be congratulated on the results achieved in 2023, it grew in number of clients, employees and turnover. Today, the DS Group has more than 530 stores, nearly 5,000 employees and more than 600,000 customers nationwide.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>Highlights of a remarkable year for DECIS\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The balance sheet for 2023 includes the signing of contracts to open <strong>20 new stores<\/strong> and the hiring of 500 more employees.<\/p>\n\n<p><p>It is also worth highlighting that we launched our official anthem, which was produced in collaboration with the singer <strong>Tony Carreira<\/strong>, and we reinforced our social mission as a patron of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saracarreira.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sara Carreira Association<\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>Statistics in the 4 areas of activity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3><strong>1. Real Estate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>The sale value of <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/blog\/consultor-imobiliario-tendencias#post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">real estate<\/a> exceeded 260 million euros.<\/li><li>The <strong>average value of properties<\/strong> sold grew by 9.8% to 174,900 euros<\/li><li>The <strong>average rental value<\/strong> of real estate increased by 14.8% to 860 euros.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3><strong>2. Construction Mediation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>The <strong>average values for each project<\/strong> and each <strong>construction<\/strong> were 152,910 and 246,543 euros, respectively.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3><strong>3. Credit intermediation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>The DECISIONS AND SOLUTIONS network grew by 7% in this area.<\/li><li>The <strong>average values for each <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/blog\/gestor-credito\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mortgage<\/a><\/strong> and each <strong>personal loan<\/strong> reached 129,350 and 18,115 euros, respectively.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3><strong>4. Insurance mediation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>DECIS\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES&#8217; turnover in this area increased by 27%.<\/li><li>There was a 21% increase in the <strong>issuance of new policies.<\/strong><\/li><li>As for specific lines of business, there was a 20% jump in <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.omeuimo.pt\/decisoesesolucoes\/2024\/03\/21\/consultor-imobiliario-tendencias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">life<\/a> insurance (6,000 new policies), 23% in <strong>health<\/strong> insurance and 27% in <strong>auto<\/strong> insurance (4,000 new policies)..<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>According to Lu\u00eds Tavares, National Coordinating Director of the DECIS\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES Insurance Network, &#8220;this growth is a reflection of the trust that families and companies place in our work.
