Our team demonstrated strong resilience and knew how to adapt to the globally unfavorable situation. With all this, we managed to end the year growing 40% compared to 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Credit intermediation and real estate mediation on the rise<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the words of Guida Sousa, National Coordinating Director of DECI\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES, the group \u201cis to be congratulated for achieving the best result ever in 2021\u201d. However, there were two areas that stood out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit intermediation;<\/li>\n<li>Real estate mediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the area of <strong><b>credit intermediation<\/b><\/strong>, the company ended 2021 with 70% more revenue compared to the same period last year. With regard to <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/blog\/credito-habitacao-termos-comuns#post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">housing credit<\/a>, the average transaction value was \u20ac125,700. In personal credit, the average was \u20ac21,050.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to <strong><b>real estate mediation<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;significant growth was also recorded, given that, in global terms, the <strong><b>business volume<\/b> <\/strong>&nbsp;increased 30% compared to the previous year. It is worth noting that the average <strong><b>property transaction<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;stood at \u20ac140,350 and the average <strong><b>rental value<\/b><\/strong >&nbsp;700\u20ac. In <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/mediacao-obras\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">work mediation<\/a>&nbsp;and property construction, the average values of each house and <strong><b>works<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;awarded amounted to \u20ac136,100 and \u20ac24,200, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Insurance mediation grew 25% at DECI\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The year 2021 also proved to be extremely positive for DECI\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES in the field of <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/mediacao-seguros\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insurance mediation<\/ a>. Compared to the previous year&#8217;s results, <strong><b>turnover<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;in this business area grew 25%, thanks to the issuance of 11,000 new<strong><b>&nbsp;policies <\/b><\/strong>. This number represents an increase of 23% compared to 2020.<\/p>\n<p>However, it was in the <strong><b>health sector<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;that there was exponential growth: 76% more than in the previous year. This demonstrates greater concern among <strong><b>families<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong><b>companies<\/b><\/strong>&nbsp;in the search for this type of insurance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/blog\/seguro-vida#post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">life insurance<\/a>&nbsp;were also in the spotlight, with the issuance of more than 5,000 new policies. This value represents an increase of 46%.<\/p>\n<p>According to Lu\u00eds Tavares, National Coordinating Director for the insurance area, the group is pleased to witness this growth. Furthermore, it allows DECI\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES to find solutions adapted to the needs of different customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>Strengthening the network with the opening of 22 new stores<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>With the aim of reaching a greater number of Portuguese people, DECI\u00d5ES E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES is strengthening its network. A fact that is proven with the opening of 22 new <a href=\"https:\/\/decisoesesolucoes.com\/agencias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stores<\/a>&nbsp;in 2021.
